Before opening Plainfield's Delight Pancake Cafe, our owners operated Downer's Delight in Downers Grove for the past 15 years. We realized that Plainfield was a growing city, and when we saw it needed a quality pancake house, we decided to open our own. We took over a business that had closed, renovated the building from top to bottom, and opened Plainfield's Delight Pancake Cafe. We are glad to see that many of our regular guests from Downer's Delight have found us at our new location.
